    Czwarta część wydawnictwa YCDTOSA ukazała się w czerwcu 1991 roku. Zappa kazał swoim fanom na nią czekać aż dwa lata, choć w tym czasie nie próżnował i wydawał inne swoje pozycje. Ale to, co ukazało się na tej części było wielkim zaskoczeniem. Pojawiła się bowiem znakomita płyta i zarazem kolekcjonerska gratka.

    Głównym atutem tej części jest zestaw kilku niepublikowanych wcześniej utworów, które znane były tylko bywalcom koncertów Franka, lub zbieraczom bootlegów. Podobnie jak w przypadku części trzeciej, tak i tu znalazły się utwory składane z różnych koncertów, często oddalonych od siebie czasowo o 10 i więcej lat. Wszystko to brzmi znakomicie i jest kolejnym świadectwem geniuszu realizatorskiego Zappy.

    Płytę otwiera Little Rubber Girl składany z dwóch koncertów z lat 1978 i 1984. Następnie trzy znakomite, choć krótkie utwory z trasy 1984, a potem epokowa Montana, składana z koncertów z lat 1973-1984. Na pozycji 7 znakomity The Evil Prince, który w 1984 roku ukazał się na płycie Thing Fish i właśnie był odgrywany na koncertach. Nigdy później już tego utworu nie zagrali na żywo.
    Jako utwór 10 pojawia się znakomity Let's Move to Cleveland Solos, w którym w 1984 roku gościnnie wystąpił saksofonista Archie Sheep. Po You Call That Music? z 1969 roku, znajdujemy znakomite Pound for a Brown Solos z 1978 roku. Wielkie granie.
    Utwory 13 i 14 z pierwszego CD, to fragmenty występów z maja 1988, z ostatniej oficjalnej trasy Zappy. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje fenomenalny Filthy Habits.

    Pierwsze CD kończy gratka dla miłośników wykopalisk - utwór The Torture Never Stops - Original Version z 21 maja 1975 roku. Piękna wczesna wersja klasycznego majstersztyku, który na oficjalnej płycie ukazał się dopiero rok później. Tutaj w wersji ORIGINAL na wokalu występuje Captain Beefheart. Wielka rzecz.

    Druga płyta to zestaw rzadko granych utworów, oraz premier, które po raz pierwszy zostały na płycie Zappy wydane. Dużo tutaj smaczków i zaskoczeń. Dużo także coverów innych autorów, co u Zappy na koncertach się zdarzało, ale w rzeczywistości wydawniczej już rzadziej, bo po co płacić tantiemy za umieszczenie ich na płycie... U schyłku swojego życia Frank widać zdecydował o zmianie swojego nastawienia i stąd na Jego płytach, które ukazały się w latach 1989-1992 możemy znaleźć wiele utworów obcego autorstwa. Chwała mu za to, bo z każdego utworu Frank potrafił zrobić małe dzieła sztuki, więc tym lepiej, że oficjalne wydania, ocaliły je od zapomnienia.

    Na drugiej płycie szczególnie polecam Stevie's Spanking, Outside Now, Truck Driver Divorce, Florentine Pogen i Carolina Hard-Core Ecstasy. Reszta utworów to krótkie pioseneczki, których słucha się znakomicie i mogą być niezłym zaskoczeniem, dla słuchaczy poznających Mistrza.

    Reasumując - wydawnictwo ze wszech miar godne polecenia wszystkim, którzy umieją słuchać.
